Positive: Property/room was lovely, clean and well maintained, staff helpful and professional, our bed was so comfortable i slept through the nights. Nice touch with complimentary champagne eve of check in. So nice to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go in town.
Negative: Recycling container in the room, maybe a second hot tub with so many guests. The inn advertised direct access to Ogunquit Beach, but access has since been blocked so that should be clarified. It is still relatively easy to walk via back streets though.
Summary: After a bad start elsewhere, we came here and seriously brightened my birthday week.
