Negative: Our stay in these apartments was disappointing. Upon arrival, the apartment was not prepared — the television, which was supposed to be mounted on the wall, was simply placed on the table. The kitchen had no dishes or cutlery prepared, and nothing was ready for use. Only after repeated requests did we receive part of what we needed, but not everything. Some of the furniture was damaged — one corner of the table was broken. In the bathroom, there was initially no hot water. Although this issue was later fixed, the hot water had a specific unpleasant smell. The toilet did not flush properly — the water would not go down, and it was necessary to flush several times for it to work. Additionally, there were no proper shower heads installed — only exposed pipes instead of normal shower fixtures. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations in terms of quality or value for money.
