This exquisite 5-bedroom home is set in a beautiful tranquil 2.2 ha (5.4 acres) groomed garden rich with trees, plants, and flowers. Panoramic views span from the Bosporus to the Golden Horn up to Sultanahmet, Topkapi, and across to the Marmara Sea. The interior decoration is a sophisticated blend of traditional and contemporary design housed in a rustic style.

Subject to many songs, Camlica consists of two hills called Kucuk Camlica and Buyuk Camlica Hill.
