Summary: Great location, large room, quiet location, comfortable beds, great pillows and nice sheets. The motel seems very dated and in need of some upgrades. My biggest reason for the lower rating is due to value for the price. We paid over $500 for one night - for this hotel. Maybe not fair evaluation, as all properties were expensive for Labour Day weekend. Bump my rating to a 3. Thx
