This home away from home sits on a one-acre wooded lot three and a half miles away from downtown Cashiers and is centrally located to some of the best hikes, restaurants, and breweries in Jackson County.
Experience the waters of Lake Glenville from another point of view when you rent boats, paddleboards, or kayaks at nearby Signal Ridge Marina (two miles). Spend a day tubing down the French Broad River, driving along the Blue Ridge Parkway, or hiking through the Nantahala National Forest. There is plenty of shopping in Cashiers, Highlands, or nearby Sylva. There is also a ski and snow tubing area in nearby Sapphire Valley.
When you enter this retreat, you will discover a split floor plan with the primary suite and en suite bathroom on one side and the main living room and second bedroom on the other side.
