Getting Around:
Sightseeing in Malibu is a feature one should never miss, therefore, we highly recommend having a vehicle while visiting Los Angeles. Since this villa is managed by Stay Awhile Villas you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your car rental at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer. Just like our villas all of cars are well optioned vehicles ranging from Black on Black Cadillac Escalades (perfect for families) to a convertible Mercedes (perfect for couples) to a Rolls Royce Dawn to a Lamborghini Urus. Drive Awhile has something for everyone.

Please message our team before booking. Contact the Home Manager first. Additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform, and a credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. The stated booking cancellation policy applies.
The property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests may hear potential road noise and/or waves crashing.
Day of Arrival:
Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.
Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.
House Rules:
-No shoes inside; slippers are provided.
-No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, and you may be asked to leave.
-No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.
-No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes. Violations incur a $500 fee. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High -Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.
-Do not send mail to the property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver it on your arrival day. We are not responsible for lost mail.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
-Pool/hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware.
-Pool heating: $100 per day of your reservation; hot tub is free.
-Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.
Cleanliness:
We adhere to enhanced cleaning protocols, including wiping down surfaces with hot water and professional-grade disinfectants. All towels and linens are washed regardless of appearance. High-touch areas receive extra attention. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings inside the home.
This property has an exterior camera at the front door which is motion-sensored and active during guests' stay.
