Summary: AC didn’t really work, it was actually cooler in the common area than the actual room itself. The room stayed about 25c the whole time I was there. Water doesn’t get warmer than room temp. The location is literally in Quattro Canti, you can hear everyone on the street. Appears like they’ve tried to renovate but it’s falling apart. The wood flooring is separating and bathroom was moldy.
