This tasteful pet-free home has comfortable beds, nice linens, refreshing natural light, a well-appointed kitchen, fitness room, home office, garden, and backyard play structure.
The Space
This is a spacious two-story family home with three bedrooms (all upstairs), two full baths, one half bath, a large bonus room, fitness room, and an office. It comfortably sleeps six guests in bedrooms, with a futon bed in the bonus room also available.
Premium linens, towels, and new mattresses ensure total comfort. The kitchen is well-appointed with cookware, high-end appliances, new knives, spices, and cooking oil to make meal prep easy. A drip coffee pot with filters, small French press, and a Keurig are available, with starter supplies. A living room with a piano, family room with a fireplace and 65” smart TV, and upstairs bonus room with 50” smart TV offer plenty of spaces to relax. The house is clutter-free and has lovely natural light. Settle in for your workday or escape for some quiet time in a spacious and comfortable French-door office off the master bedroom, with big windows and valley views. Enjoy your daily workout in the fitness room off the bonus room, which includes an upright bike, mats, bench, and Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells + barbell. The lush back yard includes a partly covered deck with seating and a grill, plus a play structure and garden boxes. Families with kids have access to a stroller, highchair, booster seat, potty seat, baby carrier, pack-n-play, and travel crib.
