Positive: We loved our stay so much that we extended it four more nights. Ugo and Agatha are so kind and available to answer questions. We had an apartment so we did not do the bed & breakfast but Agatha brought us some lovely cake one morning. yum. If you like peace and quiet - this place is for you. On the raining spring days we sat under the pergola and enjoyed a game of scrabble - listening to the birds and wind. You are walking distance to an amazing restaurant. The views from the property are beautiful and only a 15 minute from Todi.

Summary: We loved our stay. It was the perfect peaceful spot for exploring the Todi area.
