You feel like you're in the woods yet close to amenities. The Flagstaff Urban Trail system is near and you can walk, jog, and bike throughout the community. The neighborhood park is a 5 minute walk out the back gate. The backyard has great views and is designed for sitting out in the gorgeous weather and enjoying the tall pines. BBQ or play cornhole with the kids out back. Have snowball fights and build a snowman in the greenbelt.
This home has the master bedroom with it's own bathroom on the main floor as well as another bedroom with bathroom and private entrance at the other end of the main floor of the house.
