This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It is part of The Gatlinburg Summit Condos. It features plenty of amenities! The condo complex offers an outdoor pool (seasonal), game room, gas grills, playground, and washer/dryer facilities (pay).
The indoor pool and hot tub are temporarily closed due to repairs. They are working hard to finish these repairs asap, but we do not have an updated completion date at this time. These are not advertised in the listing.
Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement water any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

Must be 21 or older to book this condo.
This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum.

The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool usually closes at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.
