Summary: The biggest issue was the so called AC. We had the family room which is quite large. I specifically chose this hotel because I knew it will be hot and in this one it said it has AC. However, the so called AC is a portable AC device. It didn't cool down the room. The room was approx 27-28 degrees when we went to sleep. All the device did was making a loud cranking noise the whole time the AC mode was on. So if you don't sleep with ear plugs and it is going to be hot (as it usually is in July), choose something else. Breakfast was ok quality. Nothing super fancy and not too many options but the quality is a tad better than in Scandic for example. Staff was quite nice but they didn't help with the A C problem. Just said that's how the AC is.
