Summary: We travelled as a group of four, 2 adults and 2 children (3 and 6 years old). We selected a family room with a mountain view. The room was nice and clean, but it was not in the main building of the hotel. This was not convenient for us because every time we wanted to go to the swimming pool or the restaurant, we had to fully dress. As you can imagine, doing everything with 2 small children is quite time-consuming and really not ideal. The room was connected to another one through a door that was initially open, and we promptly asked to have it closed. Unfortunately, the door did not insulate well from the noise, and we could hear everything from the other room. Again, knowing that we had 2 small children and having reserved 5 months in advance, the hotel should have taken these aspects into account. The last aspect we didn't like was the price of the parking. For a 4-star hotel (with the price of a 4-star hotel in Switzerland), we think the parking could be offered to the guests without charging 18 CHF per night.
