The building is right in front of the sea but the room is on a second floor with a side view and has a balcony with a side view where you can perfectly see part of the sea as the photo shows. The beach has lounge chairs just consume a little to make use of them.
It has an excellent restaurant and bar service, parking, sometimes it is requested at reception to move a car if necessary is not always. It is one of the best beaches in Mahahual since it is kept very clean.
