Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Bedding was of good quality, particularly comfortable pillows. Rooms were cleaned well each day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Borgata has the best skiing in Via Lattea so bring based there was helpful.

Negative: Rooms are dated though they were clean and did us fine. The meals were a little odd. Some of the food was tasty. Breakfast was a bit sparse. Liked it when we did have eggs but that wasn’t every day. It wasn’t clear you had to book the sauna and it didn’t make sense that you did anyway - just gave a limit like other places. It was also too cold.

Summary: Basic but fine.
