Positive: Lovely hotel. Excellent location and the girls in reception were really lovely and helpful. Very clean, bedding and towels changed every day although they didn’t need to. Very comfortable bed and good shower.
Negative: Very narrow balcony in 227 it was the smallest in the Deluxe rooms. Toilet roll holder too near the door! No kettle- not everyone likes coffee. No glasses or cups, just paper ones.
