Negative: Bathroom poorly cleaned (hairs) Soundproofing very bad (streetnoise allmost 1:1) No access code sent prior to arrival. Even after asking day ahead. Hence not exactly top value for money

Summary: it's ok for a night, if you have to visit the fairgrounds; wouldn't book it for another reason.
