Summary: I would say this was pretty much as advertised, and a good value for a place to stay with easy access to the Bill Graham auditorium for a show. I would stay there again. That part of town is undeniably sketchy, certainly not the fault of the hotel, should know that before you reserve. Nobody bothered me and the walk to the Civic Center was fine.
