Summary: The staff here are incredible. They provided us detailed information about the city and how to navigate the trams and trains. Even though the property is dated and the rooms are small (which is true of most cities), they keep it clean. It is in the middle of the city and we were able to walk to most attractions. The staff are amazing and helpful.
