Summary: It's a nice, cheap option in Rimini. Our 3 beds room was small but OK, same for the bathroom. 3rd floor (with sea view) a welcomed bonus given the high traffic road close-by. We also benefitted from a late checkout. Overall we chose a cheap place and were satisfied.
