Summary: Just stayed for one night as we arrived very late at Palma. Arrived at 1am and there was one family checking in before us. It took ages for them to check in as it did for us, as we had to type in all info (zip code, country, state, address, email, phone number etc) for each member on the family on some kind of ipad. Family room was of a good size, with separate room for the kids. Beds were very hard and felt sandy like they were not clean, so didn't sleep well. Very poorly soundproofed so when the party people got home in the middle of the night it was very noisy. Breakfast was so-so, decent selection of both hot and cold, fresh bread and the kids loved the huge Nutella pump, but the bacon was not good at all, neither was the scrambled eggs nor the cooked broccoli. The cold ham did not look appealing so didn't try.
