Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The hotel was good. Very well located for me as it was close to the area I was attending a conference. Good breakfast with wide selection to choose from. Friendly staff in general. The room was very clean and serviced well every day. The room was a good size with plenty of storage space for clothes, a mini-fridge, tv, desk etc. My room was quiet and peaceful.

Negative: The temperature control in my room (706) didn't seem to work so I was too hot at night. There was a thermostat in the room and I adjusted the temperature dial but it didn't seem to change the room temperature. I could open the window, which was nice, but as it was very cold outside it then got too cold - so I didn't sleep very well as I couldn't get the room temperature to stay at a comfortable level. I should have reported this to the front desk but I was very busy with the work event I attended and I didn't manage to find time to do this. Perhaps the hotel would have been able to fix the problem if I had given them the chance.
