Summary: When we arrived in the summer the AC was not working properly in our room and we were told that’s just how it is. The receptionist actually recommended we just go to another hotel if we were unhappy. All the other hotels were sold out or we would have left. After much run around (over 1.5 hours) there was actually an ac maintenance man onsite and he came and fixed the problem (the fuse was switched off). After that our stay was average but I would be hesitant to book again because of the poor service and run down condition of the rooms.
