Beautiful updated home in the heart of Duluth, Home has 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths and sleeps 10. Wifi and Smart TV. Lovely large and peaceful backyard w/ deck and plenty of seating for relaxing. The home offers plenty of room to accommodate your large group with something to do for everyone.
- 4-bed rooms with 1 King bed and 2 queen beds, and 2-bunk beds and 2.5 bathrooms.
**NOTE** Absolutely no parties or gatherings/events
IMPORTANT** This is a NO PARTY and NON-SMOKING inside home** no outside guests
If it is found there has been smoking inside of the residence there will be a fine $300
Check-in time 3pm
Checkout time is at 10:00am- the cleaning crew will arrive at that time.
The home is only 5-minute drive to Downtown Duluth or Chattahoochee River Tubing.
10 minutes to Gas South District (formerly Infinite Energy Center) or the lively Pleasant Hill Road where you will find many shopping centers, restaurants and entertainment during your stay with us!
The home is only a 40-minute drive to downtown Atlanta, and is located in a very nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood.

Big living room with 55 inch smart TV.
Fully stocked in the kitchen, dining room and a coffee bar with Keurig coffee, regular coffee pot for brewing a large pot of coffee and a good selection of coffee.
Upper Level
Master Suite with king bed, walk in shower in attached bathroom, walk in closet, 55 inch smart TV and great view from big window.
2 Bedrooms with queen beds, 55 inch smart TV's.
1 Bedroom with 2 bunk beds , 55 inch TV
Full Bathroom with soak in tub and laundry room.
Backyard
Large deck area with plenty of seating. Beautiful backyard with a lot of space for pets and children.
All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses with luxurious linens and pillows. All bathrooms include plush towels and the showers include shampoo, conditioner and body wash soap dispensers.
Guest Access:
Access to the house is from the main front door.
Guests will have access to the whole property except HALF garage and a locked closet. Plenty of parking outside the garage and in the driveway.
Other details to note:
Please take out the trash-on-trash day (Tuesday evening) and leave it on the driveway by mailbox.
Thin layer of grass in the backyard at some spots. Might get a little muddy on rainy days.
