The house is located close to the beach, Fort Lauderdale International Airport, Port Everglades (cruise port), Dania Beach Casino and Seminole Hard Rock Casino too. If you do not want to be to far from the airport, but close to the beach, restaurants, casino and THE 3rd LARGEST MALL IN THE USA, this location would be perfect!
It is great for families and groups. Free bikes available upon request!
This property has a large patio, a fully equipped kitchen, gas grill (propane provided!) and a gorgeous bathroom. There is a new dock, that can be used for relaxing or parking your boat (might include an extra charge). We even attached a floor plan, check it out!
It has 2 queen-size air mattresses.
Laundry on site, high chair and playpen are also available (again, no extra charge).
All curtains are blackout curtains and it is also located on a very quiet street. Although this home is close to the airport, it is sound isolated (as in triple impact windows, studio recording level of insulation and so on).
There is a backyard rest area of decent size with a patio set, sun umbrellas, hammocks, loungers and a grill. The backyard is a very private with a high fence.
If you bring a pet with you they can run around in the backyard and chase iguanas (they are everywhere).
There are 50-inch Smart TVs in the living rooms and 2 of the rooms with 150 channels available on Roku platform. You can connect your own computers or smart devices to the TVs so you can stream anything from your own devices (including your computer desktop).
Greater Fort Lauderdale area (which Dania Beach is a part of) is beautiful and a true tourist destination, no matter what are you in to, and our beautiful property just might be the home base from which you can experience it.
