Welcome to Zuid aan Zee! This holiday home is located 100 meters from the beach in Zoutelande. Live like a local: in the middle of Zoutelande you share the neighborhood with permanent residents.
Parking is available in your own driveway. The house on the ground floor has the hall, the toilet, the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, the living room and open kitchen. The seating area has an LCD smart TV with a separate WiFi speaker for music. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, four-burner hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer,Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
You walk from the living room to the terrace through the French doors. This enclosed (front) garden contains a garden set with cushions and a parasol. Located on the first floor
There are two spacious bedrooms with cupboards under the sloping roof. The first bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds.
The house is child-friendly: there is a baby bed, high chair and stair gate. There is enough space in both bedrooms to put down the baby bed.
Zoutelande's maineshopping street, the Langstraat, is just around the corner. A baker, supermarket, several great boutiques and other specialty shops are all close by. Zoutelande’s welcoming restaurants and terraces are within walking distance, too. Only 100 meters away, the boulevard joins the beach, where you can sit and watch the ships sail by. And at night, you’ll fall asleep to the murmur of the waves, and wake up to the sounds of the sea.
Conditions of the landlord:
- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.
- You have to pay the bill in advance.
- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking you can see if this is the case.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
- Pets are sometimes allowed, this is mentioned in the property info. Please get informed about this option. As the owner you are responsible for your dog. Do not disturb other guests or neighbors.
