Glamour splendid loft, well-restored semi-detached house and privileged location in the heart of Catania's historical centre, opposite the Ursino Castle, an ancient fortress commissioned by Frederick II of Swabia.
This ancient and popular district is today undergoing growth, completely revitalised and is the heart of Catania life and the gastronomic centre of the local culinary culture.
The flat consists of an open-plan entrance/living room with dining area, where there is a double sofa bed. On the same floor there is a kitchen and a balcony with a direct view of the medieval castle.
The sleeping area consists of a very comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a bathroom.
The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay: bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, iron with ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, gas cooker, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and gas, hairdryer.

In the evenings, the square around the Ursino Castle fills up with typical cheap restaurants. The main halls and pubs are right next to the square. From here you can certainly enjoy the city at its best. Those arriving by car can park near the square for a fee or free of charge.
