Positive: They are definitely accommodating to our needs. thorough, brief, friendly , and inviting guest service at check-in/check-out . It's a convenient location do to having stores and restaurants with-in walking distance and a bus stop a short walk away from the property and also has the arana gultch hiking/bike trail at about 7 minutes away. And they also have wheelchair accessible shower in some rooms. And housekeeping staff are respectful.

Negative: What we didn't like is the fact that there is no bathtub in the bathroom, and some rooms don't have a hair blow dryer.

Summary: Overall a great and relaxing experience.
