Located on 7 acres, the Estemere Mansion was originally built in 1887 and the mansion and carriage house have been restored to their original grandeur. This property was the first property to be built in Palmer Lake Colorado. We are offering the 3000sqft carriage house to host your next gathering or event. You will have access to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, original carriage garage for large gatherings, game room, and 20 person chapel. The living quarters on the 2nd floor of the carriage house have been completely redecorated with all new furnishings, 1 king bed, 2 queen, 2 daybeds and 1 queen sofa sleeper. The private grounds feature tree lined driveway, 4 fountains, mature trees and bushes, and carousel. Palmer Lake is the perfect destination, paddle boarding at Palmer Lake, hiking just minutes away, walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. Please contact us for event pricing.
