Positive: Perfect location for visiting coastal resorts but, at the same time, a peaceful retreat. Firepit table for barbeques. (also a conventional BBQ stored in garage). Very large enclosed garden. Good sized bedrooms. Fridge plus an additional fridge-freezer. Dishwasher. Large living room incorporating dining table. Welcome pack much appreciated. Parking for several cars, if required.

Negative: Nothing.
