The 3 bedroom and 3 bath home is fully updated and luxuriously renovated. Situated on over 5 private acres of old growth forest with 350 feet of private beachfront and Puget Sound water views from every room! This high bank property does have cliffs in some areas - signs are posted for your safety as well as partial fencing. The paved path down to the water is quite steep. There is a rope railing and the path meanders under the forest canopy which can be slippery, please use caution. When you arrive down at your private 350 feet of beach, it's definitely worth the trek! Swimming or any water activity is at your own risk.
The home is 3000 sq feet and has plenty of space for kids and adults to eat, gather and play indoors and outdoors. Working from home is a breeze with 1 Gigabyte download internet speeds and multiple desks. Outdoors there are two fire pits, one with a barbecue with chairs/table in the back yard. The other fire pit, surrounded by Adirondack style chairs, overlooks the mouth of Pickering passage and Hammersley inlet with Squaxin Island and majestic Mt Rainier as your private backdrop! There are two kayaks and life vests that guests can use at your own risk down at the beach. Indoors, a chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and six burner gas stove, awaits your culinary needs or relax and order in! The walk-out basement has a ping pong table, card table, play area for younger kids and a separate TV/media room. There is room for everyone to spread out and enjoy!
