All fully renovated with stone waterfall benchtops, 3 air conditioners, 50 inch smart tv, 2 indoor eating areas, large lounge room and extendable outdoor setting.

BBQ and gas - please note BBQ must be cleaned after use.
Supplied : tea and coffee facilities, cutlery and cookware, laundry detergents, dishwasher detergents and assortment of board and yard games.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN sheets, towels, pillows and duvets as these are NOT supplied. All beds are fitted with mattress protectors. Guests will need to bring ALL bedding items (pillows, sheets, doonas etc).
The property has parking for 3 cars ONLY once your enter through the gates, which are located down the driveway. DO NOT park in front property. LIMIT OF 3 CARS ONLY.
