But this is just the start, in our home we have gone to extraordinary lengths to try and include everything to make your stay comfortable. You will enjoy 5-star hotel towels, various gourmet coffees, and many other touches that will make you feel at home. In the exact center of the Austin metro area, this beautiful 3000+ sq ft. 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom home was an HGTV fixer-upper in 2017 and is less than 1 mile off HWY 1 (Mopac), so you're a quick 10 minutes from downtown or the Domain. And, if you don't want to drive, the library, grocery store, pharmacy, boutique shops, and dining are within an easy 4-block walking distance. With 2 super comfy king beds, a fluffy queen, and 2 comfy twins, this home offers the utmost in luxury and comfort.
The bedroom configurations: Downstairs: 1 large king room with attached full bathroom overlooking the creek area, and a room with two twins and a desk overlooking the garden patio. Upstairs: You'll feel like you are in a tree fort with the main bedroom king anddesk area overlooking a gorgeous greenbelt. The main bedroom offers a large bathroom with 2 sinks and a large separate soaking tub, shower, and toilet. Upstairs and across from the main bedroom is a room with a queen bed and its own full bathroom and a stand/sit desk. The layout of the home exudes comfort and ease.There is driveway parking for 4 cars and ample street parking.
Located on a wet-water creek on a large lot, this home offers privacy and places to play indoors and out. The home is fully equipped with everything to make your stay wonderful, offering a private patio with a large gas Weber BBQ, as well as a separate and secure fenced outdoor pet area. Relax in the hammock, enjoy roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, or just kick back and have (provided) Texas coffee on the upstairs balcony. The home offers several dining areas: outside on the patio for 8, in the dining room for 8+, an eat-in kitchen bar seating for 3, and a kitchen table that seats 6, as well as indoor and outdoor game tables. There is even an indoor yoga/exercise space.
You will enjoy cooking in the chef's kitchen on a 6-burner gas stove and large oven, as well as a Cuisinart air fryer/toaster. Built-in filtered ice cube maker and built-in microwave are also available for your convenience. We provide pots/pans, cooking utensils, glasses, dishes, silverware, mixing bowls, cutting boards, a blender, 12 cup coffee maker, and Keurig coffee make - everything you will need to make yummy coffee and cook wonderful meals. In addition, the home offers a fully supplied washer and dryer.
No need to toss the garbage and remove the sheets, the home will be professionally cleaned after your visit.
The entire house is floored with hardwood, so we are happy to accommodate your well-mannered pets.
You will be greeted by our host and given a tour of the house (if you'd like) to ensure you are comfortable with its functioning. They will also be available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.
