Summary: My family and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was ideal. Rooms were nice and spacious. The shower was excellent. Water pressure was perfect, which is a big deal to me. Loved that drinking water was complimentary considering Italy is so hot in July and that they provided ample amounts each day. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the $150 hotel service tip that was added onto our final bill. The front desk representative did explain that it was completely optional and that it could be removed, but it made me a bit uncomfortable and I felt obligated to leave it on (which I think is their strategy). I don't feel like that is the proper way to earn tips.
