Positive: The hotel is situated in a good central location. Late check-in was not a problem. The owner explained the guidelines clearly.
Negative: The building is too old and neglected; therefore, it needs to be repaired as soon as possible. I have not seen the owner at all. The request about the deposit is confusing and, unfortunately, raises suspicion.
