Positive: Nice house with a kitchen

Negative: Very bad hospitality, problem solving and late check-in and very early check-out: As we arrived, the place was very dirty, which was surprising - as the check-in time was very late, we asked if it was possible to check-in earlier - they replied that it's not possible because they have to clean, but upon arrival place wasn't clean - toilet, both sinks and surfaces were obviously dirty. Moreover, there were two huge spiders right next to the bed Also, before our last night the toilet started to be leaking onto the floor and water wasn't going away - host didn't fix it, didn't apologise, didn't suggest a refund for the last night - just put towels around it, it might have stopped the toilet from leaking, but didn't fix the flushing problem, so we couldn't use the toilet on the last night. We proactively asked if they have any solution, but they didn't suggest any. We also asked to have a later check-out, as on booking they put checkout time as 9am... They also refused, reasoning it that they have to clean the house...which wasn't done before us It's a pity, because the house is nice and has potential but I wouldn't recommend it or come back
