The Space:
Our Mission is to provide the best Vacation Rental Home experience for all our guests no matter what brought you to the area. We are set up for families, friend groups, nurses, & business travelers.
There is a little bit of everything in our home including a place to lay out by the pool, splash in the water, relax in the hot tub, grill a fantastic meal for friends/family, enjoy a meal outside or sip a cup of coffee on the private patio, enjoy your unobstructed view of the canal, unwind with a movie, sleep in & relax in one of our many luxury King & Queen beds, get a little work done, or have a home base for an extended period of time.
The home is perfectly set up for a family getaway including bunk beds & a crib to accommodate kids of all ages. Plus they will have a blast swimming in the pool, enjoying the large backyard, jumping on the trampoline, playing air hockey inside, drawing on the easel, & enjoying all of the toys provided with your stay! No need to lug all your kids toys along for the trip!
Our House is in a quiet neighborhood, so it is perfect for groups truly wanting to relax & not so much for those wanting to be around (or cause) a lot of noise. *Quiet hours begin at 10pm*

We are conveniently located 25 minutes away from FLL airport. Our home is also within walking distance to several different restaurants and has a grocery store only a 2-minute drive/8-minute walk away so you can stock up easily on stacks for all your Florida adventures!

The home includes a Roku HD Smart-TV, WiFi, central A/C & heat.
Complimentary Washer & Dryer with Detergent in the Garage.
There is a separate key to enter the door on the side of the Garage.
Hot Tub and Pool Heating
We do not add it to the rental price, because not all people want to use it. We charge 40$/night for the whole stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like to request it. If you are traveling during winter months, we highly recommend requesting it in advance, since it can take up to 48 hours to get to the desired temperature (86 Fahrenheit max). Please be advised that since it’s a big outdoor pool, it will take several hours for it to get warm, especially if the air temperature is below 70 degrees Fahrenheit, and it might take longer to get it warmer. Our pool heater can get up to 86 degrees Fahrenheit. For last-minute bookings, it will be turned on as soon as possible. Jacuzzi can only be turned on by you upon arrival.
GRILL
- We provide a grill for your convenience and try to keep it clean. Please, clean the grill after yourself.
- If the gas tank is empty you can exchange it at almost any gas station and we will refund you money!
Pool Service is scheduled Semi-weekly, usually on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. It might change due to weather conditions.
Lawn Service is done every 2 weeks.
Please let us know if you need specific dates when services will be done during your stay.
Finally, know that we do have security cameras and noise and smoke detectors on-premises, and tampering with any security system is considered a felony offense in the State of Florida and will also result in the termination of your reservation.
We have one, motion-activated recording camera overlooking the front yard which records video and audio. Another camera overlooks the backyard with a pool and deck for safety issues. It is motion-activated and record audio or video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. There is also a smart home device on the ceiling that actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

The Neighborhood:
Pompano Beach is one of the last remaining South Florida beach towns that still feels like a true beach town. Pompano is a clean, safe & quiet area perfect for relaxation and fun sea-side activities. Come here to enjoy fishing, boating, golfing, beaching, & indulging in delicious food! Pompano Beach has some incredible restaurants to enjoy but most importantly the clean & gorgeous beaches are a relaxation oasis. Pompano Beach is conveniently located in between Fort Lauderdale & Hollywood so your options are truly endless!
We are a quick 25 minutes from the FLL airport to make it easy for travel. It does not get much better than this. You will have all South Florida at your fingertips to enjoy during your stay!
Getting Around:
With 3 on-site parking spaces right at the front of the house, and easy access from the highways, getting here by car is recommended. Once you’re here, if you want someone else to do the driving, why not leave your cars parked and use Uber or Lyft to get where you want to go? A few grocery stores & restaurants nearby are accessible by walking and the beach or nearby neighborhoods can be navigated by bike.
Other Things to Note:
No Noise after 10 pm.
If you are having some sort of Celebration and need a home where you can Party, Play Music or Make a Lot of Noise, this is NOT the Home for you.
3 Small-to-Midsize Vehicle Parking Space is reserved in the front of the house.
- Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.
