Featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom in a split level floorplan, with only four stairs to the lower level. On the main level of the home there is a bedroom with a California King size bed, dresser and closet. There is a petite, yet fully equipped kitchen with many amenities, including an apartment sized oven, electric range, microwave, and apartment sized refrigerator. The dining room has a large table which will comfortably seat six. There is one bathroom in total, equipped with vanity, commode and shower only. Please note there is no bathtub in this home. Bonus- there is a laundry closet with a stacking washer and dryer. On the lower level of the home, only four steps down, your will find an ultra cozy bedroom with a queen size bed, dresser, closet and a writing desk, overlooking the spectacular view.
