Positive: Location and friendly and very helpful staff.
Negative: Externally facilities were very clean and tidy. The room itself was dissapointing, very tired , carpets not very clean and furniture well past its sell by date. Beds were comfortable however the hotel needs to focus on upgrading the rooms with a re decoration and new furniture and definitely new carpet. Have stayed here before and the rooms have definitely gone backwards. Loved the location and the work being done on the external and working internal areas. Would not stay here again unless the rooms are upgraded.
