Summary: Our stay was really good. Family of 5 we booked two family rooms that were connected. The location is the best! The train to central London(Victoria, Waterloo London Bridge)is a 2 min walk and there are also trains to Brighton and Gatwick airport, many restaurants in the area, movie theatre, shopping mall. One of the rooms was slightly smaller than the other. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel in itself needs much of a touch up as you can see some small deteriorations but not to the point of being put off so it can be easily ignored during the stay. I'd book again.
