Summary: Location is on a quiet street if you prefer a peaceful stay and sleep in the nighttime. It is close to Metro station and surprisingly there are many good cafe restaurants at major street corners, markets that open late night. One major setback for this hotel is no air-conditioning in the small room which is difficult during the hot months in Paris. I suggested to the hotel to install permanent fans in ceiling rather than the portable fan on desk which does not provide adequate ventilation. The location is great if you want to know what it is like living in Paris, and not be in a bustling tourist area!
