Summary: On a positive note first we were happy with the room, house keeping, bar area and the bar staff. On a negative note, we weren’t impressed with the food or the waiting staff. The food hardly warm and the quality of the ingredients was a lot to be desired on certain items. The crockery and glass ware not up to a clean standard. Waiting staff were busy but we were disappointed not to be offered a drink with our meal even though we tried to attract their attention. This also happened at breakfast time so we did not have a hot drink. Everyone else seemed to be offered. To be woken at 4am on two occasions by people returning to their rooms, shouting and singing and banging around etc not acceptable, this lasted for between 45 and 60 minutes. All in all a disappointing experience. We were happy enough with the location etc but with the negatives we would not choose to return as we left disappointed.
