Summary: The trip started out fine, but on the first night of three nights, the fire alarms went off and learned that there was a fire in a unoccupied hotel room on the third floor, which flooded most of the hotel after the fire department showed up. They proceeded to use water vacuums to suck up the water and yell at each other at 2 AM to about 4 AM that same evening the next morning we woke up to no hot water which they said should be fixed by the afternoon at 4 PM, there was no hot water and they told us there would be no hot water for the next 10 days and to go get a hotel somewhere else or deal with cold water we asked for a refund for the first night stay and have been fighting with them ever since to get a refund so although the hotel was in a great location, the trip and the customer service or a complete and utter disaster
