You'll be impressed with the home as soon as you arrive. Meticulously maintained, the ground level greets you with ample parking space as well as the ever-popular swing. You'll enjoy a lazy hour or two in this spot enjoying the sights and sounds of the surf. After a day at the beach, you certainly will appreciate the fully enclosed outdoor hot water shower.
The Space
Once inside, you'll find that the home is beautifully decorated. An oversized sectional and two swivel chairs provide the perfect retreat for recapping the day, watching TV or just hanging out. Large south facing windows ensure you'll continue to enjoy the amazing views. The dining area provides both a dining table and chairs but also counter seating so your group can all dine together. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances are featured in this well-equipped kitchen. If you choose to dine in, you'll find everything you need to prepare simple meals.
The first bedroom is located on the lower level and features a queen-sized bed as well as a full over full bunk bed. This multifunctional room can sleep 6 kids or adults and has access to the full bath, with tub/shower combination and double vanities.
Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, both with private baths, balcony access and king beds. The primary bedroom is equipped with a private coffee station complete with a mini fridge. After a long day in the sun, you'll be able to enjoy some quiet time on the balcony.
No one wants to do laundry while on vacation but sometimes it can't be avoided. Guests appreciate the roomy laundry room and full-sized washer and dryer.
