Valla Halla is a fully self contained, spacious one bedroom granny flat located at the foot of conical Nuguu Miiral, a significant Gumbaynggirr Aboriginal sacred mountain.
It is bright, clean and airy and has a private veranda with expansive views over lawns and surrounding farmland.
The granny flat shares seven acres with the house we live in, but is completely independent.
It has a very comfortable king bed with quality linen and is best suited for two people.
However, there is a sun lounge in the adjoining study if you have one extra to squeeze in.
The bedroom has a TV, a DVD player and a vast number of DVDs. It is air conditioned and there is also a ceiling fan.
The faciities include cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and filtered drinking water. You are welcome to help yourself to anything from our veggie garden.
There is a washing machine and dryer on the verandah.
We're a seven minute drive from Valla Beach and it's all on tarred roads.
The property is a bird watchers' paradise. We also have occasional visits from echidnas and goannas and families of rock wallabies.
This is a peaceful and restful location but also close to many amenities. You have a choice of two coffee shops and a tavern within ten minutes drive.
