Positive: The property was great. The location was perfect.
Negative: It took Two hours to check in. Place was not ready when we arrived. Check in time was at 4pm,  when we arrived,  there was no key to get in. I called and texted our contact with no response. I had to call customer service and they told us to go check with the front desk so we did. The front desk employee told us that it wasn’t their problem or their responsibility and to contact the owner of the unit. After 45 minutes a cleaning crew arrived, but couldn’t get in since there was no key. Another 20 minutes went by and another front desk employee came to give us keys and let the cleaning crew get started on cleaning. They finished in about an hour and we went inside at 6pm. I received a text at 9pm saying I see you’re already in the unit. Have a good time. They didn’t offer any discount or anything else to remedy the inconvenience. I was not 100% shocked though, as there were several previous comments that shared similar check in experiences.
Summary: Lovely place, but be aware about the possible lengthy check in experience.
