2 Story home, 1 master bedroom with 1attachedbathroom and 1guest bathroom are downstairs. The other 4 bedrooms and 2bathrooms are upstairs.
Located at a peaceful and quiet neighborhood in gated community. The ideal vacation spot for families.
Free Parking two inside the garage and two spaces available in the driveway.
Guest will have privacy and will enjoy the whole house. I will be available for anything needed by text or call.

* POOL/SPA: Optional heated pool for $140 for the whole stay (Up to 6days maximum stay). Should be requested and paid at least 3 days in advance. Pool takes sometime to warm, Pool heater runs 12 hours a day, where the SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tub and so the SPA and the Pool water temperature will be the same. No Refunds if water does not warm up as you wished.
Please, use only plastic cups in the pool area. If there’s broken glass in the pool we need to drain and sweep the pool. The charge for this will be $500.
* BBQ GRILL: Can be added as an additional service for $85 per stay which includes one (1) propane gas tank, should be requested at least 3 days prior to the check-in date, after check-in time extra fee applies.
