Upstairs a magnificent feature gas fireplace creates a warm winter ambiance while air conditioning throughout ensures summer comfort and downstairs a second retreat.
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The master queen bedroom offers a dressing room and designer ensuite and opens to the covered deck. The lower level holds three other bedrooms, including a guest queen room with an ensuite, two single beds in the third room and a further bunk bed and tri bunk in the fourth. All serviced by a family bathroom and a separate powder room.
This well situated property also offers louvred windows to let the beautiful summer breeze filter through, a double remote-controlled garage plus driveway parking, ideal for your boat!
