Summary: I did not realize this was NOT a hotel, until I arrived. The apt was fine, but lacked items: no bathing soap, no detergent for laundry, no towels for hand-drying dishes, no extra trash bags, etc. There were sheets for sofa bed, but no top cover for warmth. Speaking of warmth, living room area AC failed to cool. Maintenance left a note while we were out, detailing a repair, but soon after, it failed again. I emailed, but no response. The unit was perfectly located, and the front desk staffer was great. Overall, we made it work, but some guests may not be as patient.
