Positive: THis is a community camping situation. I had a shared bunkhouse. the grounds were nice. espeicially designed for families. lots of dogs, kids, playgrounds, pool, etc. has a convenience store, a bar, etc. shared community bathroom and showers.. campgrounds style. immediate access to beach, restaurant, showrs etc.. very cool place. great beach.

Negative: i thought the price was high for a bunk in a shared small tent.

Summary: great campground by beach for families.
